Lindsay Hurlic-Salim - Chief Executive Officer 

Lindsay brings over ten years of sales, marketing and business development experience to the Fresh Tribe team. She has consulted for various clients including corporate brands, multi-media agencies, entertainment and retail properties, with a focus of business development, strategic marketing strategy and brand management

Tarwa Salim - Chief Operating Officer 

Tarwa will lead the oversight of Fresh Tribe's daily operations. She has over a decade of experience working within the Criminal Justice system in areas of leadership, program development and direct service. She has supervised and trained multiple effective teams throughout her career while fostering collaborative and fun work environments.

Nawal Salim - Chief Programming Officer 

Nawal is responsible for overseeing the development of Fresh Tribe’s Community Impact Initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University with a concentration in Social Enterprise Administration. With over 8 years of experience in the Social Service field working with youth and families in unserved communities, Nawal has overseen the development and operations of multiple successful community programs in Los Angeles and New York.
